Your reference is the starting point.
A reference is displayed when an enquiry is successfully submitted. Save it together with the email address you used. An application is an expression of interest and remains subject to product, compliance and commercial review.
How to follow up
Use Contact & Support from the same email address, include your reference and describe what you would like to update or ask. Do not send banking details or identity documents in a follow-up enquiry.
During the preview, automatic application emails, email verification and self-service status tracking are not yet available. Applying does not create a seller account, publish products or grant access to customer information.
