Cancelling an order

Send a cancellation request as soon as possible. What can be changed depends on whether the product has been dispatched, customised or put into production. Check the product’s stated cancellation conditions before ordering, particularly for personalised or made-to-order products.

If Buyy.in cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will explain the position and arrange the appropriate remedy for any amount collected. Cancellation charges, if any, must be disclosed and comply with applicable law.

If an item is defective, incorrect or not as described

Tell us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the description or specification agreed. Provide photographs and other useful information where available. An unboxing video is not the only form of evidence we will consider.

We will review the facts and explain an appropriate return, replacement, repair or refund route as applicable. Product-category exclusions do not override statutory rights. Late-delivery cases are assessed against the stated schedule and applicable legal exceptions.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, check whether the product listing offers this option and the period and conditions that apply. Personalised, made-to-order, perishable and hygiene-sensitive products may have different conditions.

Where a return requires the product to be unused, complete or in its original packaging, that condition will be stated before purchase. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove applicable remedies for a defective or incorrect item.

Sending a return

Ask Buyy.in for instructions before sending a parcel. This helps us confirm the correct destination, reference and delivery method. Responsibility for return shipping and any deduction will be explained before the return is arranged, subject to applicable customer rights.

Keep the dispatch receipt and tracking details. Do not send a product directly to a maker or supplier without instructions from Buyy.in.

Approved refunds

We will confirm the approved amount and refund route after reviewing the request and any return inspection needed. Refunds are normally sent through the original payment route unless another lawful method is agreed. Payment-provider or bank processing can affect when a credit appears.

The expected processing period will be communicated for the applicable payment method and will comply with applicable requirements. No funds are collected on this preview website.
