Delivery eligibility
Our initial shopping experience is being prepared for customers in India. Delivery availability may vary by product, destination and fulfilment arrangement. Eligibility for your postcode will be confirmed before an order can be placed.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Dispatch is when a parcel is handed to the delivery partner; delivery is when it reaches you. A product may be ready to dispatch, made to order or prepared in a scheduled batch. Live listings will explain the applicable production or dispatch lead time.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is based on the selected destination and product arrangement. If an important requirement cannot be met, contact us before ordering rather than relying on an unconfirmed date.
Delivery charges
The applicable shipping charge, taxes and total payable will be displayed before payment. A free-shipping offer applies only where its conditions are clearly stated. We do not currently offer a universal delivery rate or delivery-time guarantee.
Orders with separate parcels
Products from different origins or with different lead times may travel separately. Your order information will explain any separate parcels, associated charges and delivery expectations before purchase. Tracking information will identify separate shipments where supported.
Your delivery details
Provide a complete address, correct postcode and a contact number suitable for delivery coordination. Tell Buyy.in promptly if an address needs to change. Once a parcel is dispatched, a change may not be possible; any available options and additional charges will be explained before you agree.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Contact Buyy.in support with your order reference if tracking is unclear, delivery is delayed or an item is missing or damaged. Keep the packaging and relevant photographs where available. We will review the case with the fulfilment or delivery partner; Buyy.in remains your point of contact.
